Lee Schmucker is also author of several training manuals including Fundamentals of Management and Duties and Responsibilities of Boards.

She holds a master’s degree in business administration, and has served as vice president of association services for the Kansas Credit Union Association, the trade association for credit unions in the state. Her clients say Lee blends her academic background, twenty years of management experience, and training skills to create a highly interactive learning environment.

Marvin Schmucker has more than 25 years experience supervising and motivating employees. With the ethic that your attitude is your choice, Marvin was instrumental in creating an atmosphere of service and innovation when he was director of Hesston College’s physical plant. Attitudes changed so dramatically that employees were no longer short-timers, and the average employment stay was 13 years.

Marvin’s management experience makes him a valuable resource for credit unions around the globe. A certified Development Educator for CUNA and WOCCU, Marvin has assisted with WOCCU technical projects in Swaziland, Cameroon, South Africa, Malawi and Kenya.

With a keen eye for detail, Marvin and Lee have managed convention logistics at Mennonite church assemblies in 1995, 1997, 1999 and 2001, with attendance ranging from 9,000 to 10,000 people.
