Credit Union Specialists

Lee Schmucker and Marvin Schmucker have devoted the past two decades to promoting and developing credit unions throughout the system. They conduct customized training and consulting for credit unions, leagues, CUNA, and World Council. Part of their hearts is in Africa where they have worked with credit unions and ten country leagues to develop and expand their credit unions.

Lee, a Certified Credit Union Executive, has authorized training manuals for CUNA and WOCCU. Prior to forming the Schmucker Training & Consulting firm, Lee served as Vice President for Association Services at Kansas Credit Union Association. Marvin serves as Supervisory Committee chair of Hutchinson Credit Union. Marvin and Lee are both certified as development educators and recipients of awards recognizing their work in promoting and developing credit unions in the United States and Africa.
